- Download and Install ပြုလုပ်ပြီးသော Google Drive ဖိုဒါထဲကို ဖိုင်များစတင်ထည့်သွင်းကြည့်ပါ။
- ဖိုင်များကိုအရွှေ့အပြောင်းပြုလုပ်ကြည့်ပါ

- ဖိုင်များဖိုဒါများ တည်ဆောက်ပြီး အချင်းချင်း မျှဝေကြည့်ပါ။
- Access Type အမျိုးမျိုးကိုစမ်းသပ်ကြည့်ပါ။
- View only,Comment Only နှင့် Edit ,Organize ကွာ ခြားမှုအကြောင်း လက်တွေ့နားလည်အောင်လုပ်ပါ။
- owner setting များအကြောင်း သဘောပေါက်အောင်ပြုလုပ်ပါ။
- Shared with me folder ထဲမှ ဖိုင်များကို My drive ထဲ ပြောင်းထည့်ကြည့်ပါ ။ Copy လုပ်ကြည့်ပါ၊ ပြုပြင်ကြည့်ပါ။
- Search box ကိုအသုံးပြု၍ ရှာဖွေကြည့်ပါ။
- တစ်ပြိုင်တည်း doc တစ်ခုထဲအားလုံးဝင်၍ ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားကြည့်ပါ။
- Revision History ကိုကြည့်၍ မည်သူက ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားသွားသည်ကိုကြည့်ပါ။
- Comment, Note, Revision history များမည်သည့်နေရာမှာရှိသလဲလေ့လာပါ။
- ဝိုင်ဖိုင်ကို ပိတ်၍ ပြင်ဆင်ကြည့်ပါ ၊ ပြီးလျှင် အင်တာနက်ပြန်ဖွင့်၍ ပြောင်းလဲမှုရှိမရှိကြည့်ပါ။
- Gmail ကိုဖွင့်၍ မိမိ Drive ထဲမှဖိုင်များကို အခြားသူဆီပို့ကြည့်ပါ။
- Gmailထဲဝင်လာသော ဖိုင်များကို Google Drive ထဲတွင်သိမ်းဆည်းကြည့်ပါ။
